I was so enamored with the item that I neglected to check the shipping beforehand. I contacted the seller to request cancellation and she quickly responded and offered to work with me on shipping; a refund was sent immediately. Seller is very nice to work with and the incense burner was well worth the money.

    The package came in damaged but the seller expertly packaged them in a way that protected the item. I cannot tell you the relief when I opened it and they were unscathed despite the shipping companies carelessness. The product was exactly as described and the seller gave me an excellent deal.
