    Seller very slow in responding to concerns about my receiving item that was not BWNT (received w/o retail tags). So, we escalated to eBay. The stubborn Seller was unfamiliar with this BNWT term and had to be directed to eBay Seller 101 articles to learn. Further, the argumentative Seller was unaware of eBay refund practices that we had to instruct them about. Last, the hat was jammed into a plastic bag that caused it to lose its shape. See pics showing damage & no retail tags. BEWARE! AVOID!

    Arrived reasonably quickly from the US although the tracker is iffy. The latex mask is good quality but the vacuform plastic overmask is very then and distorted from packing. Nothing I can't sort however. Overall a pretty happy customer 🙂👍
