    I bought a Dyson Up15 vacuum cleaner. It came next day deluvery. Really well packaged. Unfortunately one of the little hoses was broken. So I contacted the seller who immediately got back to me and apologised. They sent a courier next morning for a return and I had refund straight away. Really kind and courteous seller.
