  I am very pleased with the purchase of a lock from masterliquidators. Although the lock arrived in different condition from what was described (it had some damage), when I messaged masterliquidators, they were very responsive and sincerely apologized. They offered to pay for the return shipping and issue a full refund. We decided to keep the lock "as is" and they were very generous to issue a partial refund to compensate for the damage. They seemed very honest and were very good communicators.
