  The seller was great but was let down by the transport company. They failed to deliver on the due date, but successfully delivered on a rearranged date. However the protective packaging was inadequate around the lower half of the larder fridge which consequently arrived with dents and black marks on the front at the bottom. The man, Greg, at Master-of-Appliances was very good, he arranged a partial refund on the fridge which I accepted. It was promptly paid. Greg communicated well throughout.
