I did get a refund, but the seller was blaming the courier when in reality it was never sent: they decided they could charge a much higher price for the item after I'd ordered it. My quibble is with the lies: with not honoring an already placed order, pretending it was then out of stock (they still have 20+), and the major fact that they didn't tell me they'd cancelled my order so that they could pretend it wasn't their fault.
