The mats were as described and fitted perfectly. The measure of a seller is how well they deal with problems. The mats didn't arrive on time when I contacted the seller they were very prompt and dealt with the problem quickly (there was a problem with the deliver.) Very good buying experience.

This seller sent 2 car mats when item picture clearly showed 4 in pack. Then when contacting to ask why 2 not sent when pack showed 4 he said picture was just "generic". I do not accept this as this could then mean anything shown to illustrate item for sale does not necessarily mean that is what will be sent is a huge SCAM. E-bay sellers used to be better than this but some have started to fleece customers. THIS HAS TO STOP. E-Bay take hold of your sellers for YOUR reputation.

The mats took longer to arrive than quoted and tracking data from Evri was never updated. However, I contacted the seller who was very reassuring and helpful. Courier issues affect the seller as much as the buyer. Anyways, the mats arrived yesterday, they are exactly as described, fit my car perfectly and they look great. Thanks
