Here at MatsGrids we manufacture and supply a large range of groundwork, civils and landscaping products direct from our UK warehouse. We aim to offer the latest products in ground reinforcement and grass protection as well as a range of safety surfaces, resin bound gravels and geotextiles. One of our primary products is our X-Grid® ground reinforcement grids, which we manufacture here in the UK from 100% recycled plastic.

    Excellent customer service. Product was faulty not new as described. Cannot fault the customer service though at all responding promptly and send replacement parts out immediately. This is a huge item and the delivery person left it outside on the pallet (I wasn’t aware it was a door step delivery) thank God I had someone home to get it inside.     This item came in a flat pack form on a pallet and it was boxed up Box did smell a bit due to at some point it had got extremely wet and had dried out and became very brittle Inside there are some rust signs but nothing too bad should easily clean up Item was delivered very quickly Overall I’m very pleased with this transaction
