I'm sorry your item was lost in transit. As soon as you contacted me, I reached out to the carrier (Parcel2Go) with a full description of your goods to assist in locating them. I followed up a few days later, but unfortunately, the item could not be found. Since I have no control over the local carrier's handling of the package, issuing a refund was the best course of action. You were refunded in full. I understand this is frustrating, but I did everything within my power to resolve the issue.
