  Got sent the wrong design, had a mark on 1 of the mats messaged the woman she said I can send them back I asked to be sent the right design but she said she hasn't got that design no more so obviously didn't have them in first place so that why I got the wrong ones so asked for a part refund cause of the mark and sent wrong ones didn't hear nothing back hopefully the stain will come out in the wash as can't be bothered to pack them all back up send them back if not there go in the bin

  Was sent the wrong colour seller tried to say it was but I ordered grey and cream and even states in description is grey/cream yet I recieved an all grey rug to which when I asked to be sent the right colour was told that it is the right colour n that it just looks different on pic yet they also sell the one I have been sent. they did offer for me to send back for refund I will not be purchasing from this seller in future

  Picture one is what I ordered 2&3 is what I got. Ordered to then be messaged they were out of stock. They said they could send an alternative which were a different colour but still the same thickness and quality so of course I said yes that sounds perfect but was then sent the wrong mats. The mats were not taken down and were kept up for sale beware of this scam!! The mats that I was sent were not the German mats that I ordered they are not thick. They feel so cheap really really disappointed.
