Well packaged ordered to drop of point via Argos and working ok connected to test on our shark hoover. Quick reply to my offer then dispatched equally quickly … device bubble wrapped, placed in a larger box without any further packing to stop it rattling, the result of which was the item arrived damaged. However, seller communication was exemplary and he refunded me in full, no problem, once I’d returned the item to him (for which he paid postage and sent me a return label). Great seller but a pity about the packing. Still positive experience on the transaction though.
