The SSR I received appeared to be genuine, good quality, and brand new in box. The price was great, but it took a while to get here. Even though it's listed as shipping from TX, it obviously came from China through a logistics/warehouse company in NY. Unfortunately, it also wasn't what I ordered. I was shipped a different model than the listing stated, making it completely useless to me. The seller did give me a refund, but now my project is way behind schedule waiting on an SSR.
