    Item arrived promptly - wrong item. I returned it to the seller and, despite several emails over the next 3 weeks or so, received no reply, no replacement as promised, no refund, nothing. It wasn't until I threatened to report them to eBay that they got in touch and offered me refund but I only got what I paid, not what I spent returning their mistake to them, although the refund was very prompt - never again!
