The refurbishment somehow missed replacing the pick rollers which resulted in trouble grabbing pages, skewed feeding, and separating separate pages. Seller immediately issued partial refund so I could order replacement rollers. I would order from this seller again. No issues with them and greatly appreciate the followup.

Highly recommended! Speedy, responsive, and helpful. Shipped immediately, AC adapter was exactly as described, in near-perfect condition and packaged like it was brand new. It turned out to be the wrong fit for my laptop (not the seller's fault, I should have studied the photos more closely), so they quickly set up a refund and in the end did not need it returned.
