    I’ve placed a number of orders with this seller and always had a great experience. Items packed well and as described, functional and in good shape. The shipping method they use does take a long time to arrive on the east coast, but I don’t blame the seller for this. Just something to keep in mind when ordering.

    Product was clearly opened and not "Brand New" as described. It was not in any packaging. The box that was shipped had clearly been shipped numerous times. This was a total misrepresentation of the product. Buyer beware. On top of that, the seller described free shipping, if unsatisfied and did not hold true to their word. I was charged an additional $14 dollars to return the item.

    It was brand new and opened for inspection, re-boxed, and return shipping is only for those that got something not descripted correctly. All above was in the listing description. We refunded promptly once received
