  Item as described. Although it appeared to have been opened and repacked (well), it was indeed in brand new condition with parts still in original wrapping. DHL delivery was dubious as the package was left outside the house without the required signature. This is my first experience of a smart cycle trainer and it works well. I am a satisfied customer.

  Item was as described. Please package it better next time, it was just in a piece of folded cardboard, a box with cushioning would be much safer for glasses!
