The charger itself never turned on when connected to an outlet, and I even checked multiple outlets to be sure. Only our Pro Automatic Discharger is compatible. He then sent us profane emails stating he would never buy from us again. November 2, 2023 he emails us stating he damaged the charger trying to connect light bulbs that we told him would void warranty. 9/30/24 he bought the same charger and opened fraudulent claim to try and return the 2021 unit.
