Very odd occurrence that the item was shipped to the wrong address. eBay either gave the wrong address to seller or the USPS messed up. That said seller was willing to refund total amount as item was delivered to NY and I live in MD. Will very likely buy from again based on excellent customer service

The pics were somewhat misleading. They suggested the purse had a defined bowtie shape. In reality, it was more shapeless due to the walls not being very firm, so the overall look was kind of squashed. If the photos were accurate, I'd still purchase it, but I would've been more pleased upon unboxing, as I could have adjusted my expectations. The transaction itself was smooth and fine, seller was responsive.

I regret leaving a Neutral. I was upset, and it was unfair for me to review while feeling upset about something else. In hindsight, the seller was very nice, she even gave me a nice discount after I submitted an offer. The item arrived fast and was good. Unfortunately, it was the holidays and I was on a long work trip. I didn't check my email and missed the 10-day deadline for Feedback Revision Request. I reached out to Ebay but they can't help. It should've been positive rating, I'm so sorry!
