  Package was delivered on time and not damaged but there were only 3 and not 4 of the same items inside as per order/invoice. Sent email and was asked to email photo of package and delivery label. Replied that I did not know how to do this. Was asked again to send photos and how could they resolve the problem. I replied that I would accept a similar item but they were unable to do this and asked me how they could do a refund. As they were low value items I decided not follow up a refund..
