The item is exactly as described and was despatched reasonably quickly, however, the use of EVRI as a courier for delivery made my experience unpleasant and anxiety-inducing. I had to wait in an entire day and they still didn't deliver until the following day. Their service is shockingly poor and I would quite happily have paid to arrange delivery by a real service such as DPD etc.
