  Radio was broken wouldn't do firmware update at mercedes. Screen was as pictured and crashing all the time. This guy fixed the fault at a very reasonable price vrs replacement and reporgraming with very little down time of car. If you experiencing same fault don't hesitate to remove your headuint and send it off. Can not fault the service I've received.
