    SELLER WAS IN A RUSH & ONLY SENT THE BOTTOM CORNER OF THE MAT. I WAS BUYING THE ENTIRE PICTURE, MATTED BY THE ARTIST. THEY CUT THE MAT OFF TO FIT IN A $16.95 FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL BOX FOR $50 SHIPPING. I WAS BUYING IT FOR THE CHOUINARD HISTORY AND NELBERT CHOUINARD SIGNATURE INFORMATION ON THE ORIGINAL MAT. I WAS HORRIFIED TO SEE THIS HISTORIC PIECE RUINED. SELLER GAVE ME A PARTIAL REFUND, BUT IT DOESN'T MAKE UP FOR THE DESTRUCTION. THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME THE REST OF THE MAT? WHO DOES THIS?
