Worst delivery experience I’ve had on eBay. Courier was abysmal—vague redelivery, no safe place option, and returned item without notice. Seller failed to follow up after promising to contact courier, and only told me it was returned after I chased. Then repeatedly said one thing, only to backtrack the next day. Poor communication, poor support. Strongly recommend they drop this courier and take delivery accessibility more seriously.

The foam topper is great, and despatched time was quick, however the parcel delivery company used was absolutely terrible to deal with so it took forever to get from them as they came a different day to when they said, the delivery driver was rude on ring doorbell; refused to leave it behind a locked side gate or with a neighbour and eventually had to collect from their depot
