Worst delivery experience I’ve had on eBay. Courier was abysmal—vague redelivery, no safe place option, and returned item without notice. Seller failed to follow up after promising to contact courier, and only told me it was returned after I chased. Then repeatedly said one thing, only to backtrack the next day. Poor communication, poor support. Strongly recommend they drop this courier and take delivery accessibility more seriously.

The delivery was a nightmare consistently sending texts to say they would deliver between certain times on two days and never did, tracking was unhelpful. I messaged the seller to get an update which they ignored. The item finally turned up at 19:45pm in the evening with no indication given that it was coming.
