    Item not as described. I tried to return the item. Postage label invalid which wasted my time packaging it & going to the post office. Does not respond to messages. VERY VERY poor Ebayer, avoid as they clearly do not follow Ebay ethos. I have been an Enayer since 2006 and never left negative feedback. EBay assistant resolved my issue and we’re very good.

    Scammers! Not happy with this item. Please don't buy. Item is not as described. Said its large but very small. The most painful is asking for your refund but I was charged 2/3rd of the original price for return. Very horrible seller. Ebay claim that there is money back protection but it's all a lie.

    Item far too small. Could not get on my little lady head. Contacted seller. A return label initiated. Only had a choice of Royal Mail at £3.25 and could/would fit into medium envelope. That postage would be deducted from refund. Decided to not return. Only £1.75 would be refunded and hassle to wrap & queue at Post Office not feasible!!!!!
