  BUY FROM THIS SELLER! The part was packaged very professionally, the timer was in excellent condition and it was half the price of other items from different sellers on eBay. Communication is outstanding and this seller seems like the kind of person to give you the shirt off there back if you needed it.   I am a laundromat owner. I have bought the Speed Queen Dryer Control Board from A-Z Appliance Parts three times, and every time I have experienced the best prices and the best service. Especially the second time I bought it, the product arrived damaged, so I sent an email, and without any verification, they trusted me and quickly sent a replacement.   Great customer service and quick responses! Item was just as appears but unfortunately I ordered the wrong part. As I read some of the reviews for returns I was a little concerned because of some negative feedback, but I sent a message explaining it was my mistake and ordered the wrong part. I got a friendly and understanding response first thing Monday morning and initiated the return. Super simple drop off to the post office and money was returned to my account within a couple days!

  The part I ordered (washer PCB) fixed my washer at s fraction of the price of having a repair person do it, it buying a new board. In a perfect world, the shipping could have been faster, but the seller responded to my question and much iof the issue was a USPS thing and not the seller, and I did get the part only one day outside the initial delivery window.
