Just some mild confusion at the delivery end, as an attempt was made while I was at work, and it was unclear what next step would be. The app didn’t have further details beyond the initial delivery attempt. Anyhow, Saturday morning, found it waiting at local post office, as per note I left on my door.Thank you!

Peccato che lo spedizioniere abbia dimenticato di notificarmi l'arrivo del pacco, sul tracking risultava in rientro al mittente mentre invece era al punto di ritiro da oltre 15 giorni. Infatti mi hanno contattato e sono riuscito a ritirarlo. Stella nera alle poste. E non è la prima volta.....viste le spese di spedizione potrebbero essere più accurati!!!!

Mi ha contattata avvisandomi che il diorama non era integro dandomi tutte le possibilita' dal rimborso alla sostituzione, oltre propormi di inviare sia quello non integro che uno nuovo. Gli articoli sono arrivati in tempi breve ed obbiettivamente il diorama non integro non poteva essere recuperato, mentre l'altro e' perfetto. Da oggi avra' una cliente in piu'. Venditori cosi fanno la differenza su Ebay e bisogna dirlo. Venditore che consiglio. TOP++++++++
