  Received item as described and in good time. Sorry to report a small chip from the front edge occurred in shipping. Item was well packed . No blame implied these old parts are brittle . No box damage ether. For my plan it has no down side . Over all good value for hard to find part. I will be buying more from the ebay'er if they have what I need.
