I bought 4 used snowmobile idler wheels. 3 were ok but 1 was not. I realize they are used but on one of them, the outer rubber part is cracked and ready to fall apart. Not usable in my opinion, see the picture. I sent an email on March 28, the day I received them, requesting a partial refund but as of today, April 8th I have not heard back.

Yeah, I received was not the item in the photographs. It appears a duplicate label was created and added to this part. Attempted to contact this seller no response. I’m not returning the item. I’ve already paid an additional $25 import fee. I’m not paying more more just to send it back. Chose this item because it was pictured with the valve by beware shop somewhere else.
