  This company gets a high mark for their response time. I initially thought I had an issue with my neon light. The first response I got was an apology and then saying another unit would be on the way. Shortly after, I received another message letting me know that what I thought was missing was just a protective sticker in its place. I removed the sticker and sure enough, they were 100% correct. You learn a great deal about a company with how they handle a possible issue. They did excellent!
