Very poor customer service.The seller store front was displaying transparent items. So ordered and sent by email as instructed. Item arrived but not transparent,so tried to raise a polite issue with the seller. Seller replied without really addressing the issues raised and instead tone of reply was arrogant and blame the buyer. To resolve, seller wants buyer to order another item. Really poor customer service and manner. I was initially willing to let go the issue but decided not due to attitude

Customer don't understand that this is print only service and not design service. We are not responsible for mistakes in providing us wrong designs to be printed. We print whatever is provided. If it is our fault, we always print replacements.
