  Not a great experience. Slow and minimally responsive after two messages to report Royal Mail tracked item had not been delivered. No ownership taken to investigate cause with RM. Subsequently, according to RM advice on P4605 card delivered, the seller did not pay the full postage to send my item, which by then was already delayed by days. I paid the additional postage fee, which the seller reimbursed upon request and I appreciate; however, overall, the situation could have been handled better.
