    Seller said they would combine postage but couldn’t provide valid instructions to combine postage and the option was disabled from eBay. I was told to “validate” the order which isn’t an eBay option but is an option on their website, but you cannot purchase from their website without a sponsor email. Then I got the items (paid full postage) and they did not match the description. Raphia was Maroon rouge not pink fuscia as advertised. It has been disappointing.

    I ordered Washi tape, two rolls actually. Shipping to Germany was very expensive, but I thought it would be okay for two rolls. However, the seller only sent me one roll without telling me, so now I have to pay the horrendous shipping costs for that one roll. I would never have paid that much for just one roll and therefore would not have ordered it. My message about this was not answered either. What cheek!!!
