Very poor packaging; For the shipping price of $21.65 my J.A. Henckels in-drawer knife organizer was packaged so poorly in a Walmart paper bag which completely ripped open during shipping, exposing my purchase to everything. This heavy item should have been in a sturdy SECURE box as that is what was paid for. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. I contacted the seller and received NO response.

I have not received ANY messages from you; I wonder who DID. This feedback is the first I am hearing of how the USPS roughed up your package's wrapping, which I very securely taped. The expensive shipping charge was due to the 5+ pound WEIGHT of the item, which was why I DISCOUNTED your price to help you out. (No good deed can go unpunished.) It would've been nice to have had a chance to respond before you found it necessary to bad-mouth a hard-working, top-rated seller such as myself!
