  This delicate ceramic item was very poorly packaged without any padding. Packaging was very thin plastic grocery bag inside the box! No styrofoam, no bubble warp to protect from shocks during postal delivery!! The package arrived crushed. Item inside was shattered in numerous pieces. When I informed this to Seller, they claimed they had packed it “very well”! I disagree - just attaching Fragile stickers on a flimsy box with grocery bag inside to hold a delicate item is NOT very well packaging!!

  You failed to mention that the "grocery bag" I wrapped the item in was multiple, well cushioning the item. Fragile stickers surrouned the box. It was shipped right before Christmas, which sometimes warrants carelessness on the part of the USPS due to volume. I gave you a discount price, apologized and refunded your money immediately. I believe you were alittle harsh in reporting negatively.
