    Shipment was fast and the packaging was fine. This was an open box item, and through no fault of the seller, the item was actually mislabeled for the box it was in (a completely understandable issue in this case). The seller and I were able to resolve that issue satisfactorily, however, and I would happily buy from them again. Still a great ebay experience!

    Item arrived in a poptop popcorn popper box which lead to much confusion as you might imagine. I thought the seller had sent the wrong item. I contacted the seller and she was quick to respond. She asked for a photo and then to me to open the box, the ballast should be inside. It was. Confusion resolved. The Ballast was in it's original box, but the original box was open and the Ballast was half in and half out of its original box. It looks to be in good shape will all the required parts.
