    Was sent the wrong item. Immediately reached out to inform the seller. Two days later, they respond with "send a photo of the product." Sent pictures as requested. Two days later on top of that, received no response. It shouldn't be this difficult to get resolution on this situation. Send me a prepaid return label, or a replacement. Either they are trying to use delaying tactics, or do not prioritize customers after receiving their money. Worst experience I have had as a buyer on Ebay ever.
