Item was 100% as described and I'm very pleased with it ; Great price and Quality. *Part of the item arrived damaged, (I took photos and sent them to the seller) Thankfully, speedily, I was sent a replacement, without any fuss and I didn't need to return the broken item. I received a broken kettle, the packaging was very bad and thin and it wasn’t even indicated that it was glass, I’m very dissatisfied, and I also ordered a kettle in the description it says 600 ml and received 400 ml., I wrote about this to the seller, he didn’t even respond, and I also wrote that the kettle was damaged, all cracked, the seller ignored my messages, I am very outraged, and I do not recommend such a low-quality product and service to others,

I ordered this item on 26/02/2024 and received it on 04/03/2024, (I would of received it on the 02/03/2024 if not for EVRi and the courier not ring my door bell). However the description was misleading, I thought the shelf was bigger due to the dimensions stated. Apart from that, I have no other issues. Taking into consideration the prompt dispatch and delivery, also the item itself, minus the communication confusion, I would recommend this vendor.
