  The item arrived broken. The box had holes in it and looked completely disheveled. I tried to stretch out the Pilates ring but it was cracked in pieces. I messaged the seller with a photo who tried to negotiate a partial and then 1/2 refund, and even told me they had a huge loss with the product and wanted me to be more empathetic. The conversation was just odd and inappropriate. Don’t buy from this seller.
