    Memory Lane Treasures sells Antique and Vintage items as thousands of other stores do; however, what makes us somewhat unique is I want to connect history to the item. Not just manufacturing history and the year the item was made, but personal history. When searching for and buying treasures, if given the opportunity, I ask the seller if they would share some of the item's history with me, i.e., due to its age, was it a family heirloom, did it come from a grandparent, or relative, etc. The items that I purchase and sell aren't just things, they have a history too, so as part of my selling technique, I try to do a bit of detective work prior with the hope of personalizing what I'm selling. A buyer is often buying a piece of American history, or perhaps a part of foreign history, and knowing that history should be a part of the joy they experience when they purchase something from Memory Lane Treasures.

Awesome seller! She even sent me an extra trivet gift in the set. Packing can be difficult for ceramic articles, especially a whole set, but she took the time and effort to pack especially cautious. Great seller, would use again and the price was reasonable for the whole set!

I ordered a cake pan SET. But I only received one cake pan. I reached out to the buyer and she said I need to read description of item. A SET is always TWO. She agreed it was a wording mistake on her part and offered to send me another item from her shop of equal or lesser value. I am disappointed it what happened.

When the Buyer brought the error to my attention, I offered to refund her, although shipping back to me would be her expense (part of my business policy and in the description); however, she objected, so I offered to send her an item of equal or lesser value free of charge and I'd pay shipping. She agreed and chose a lovely figuriine, which she's now received and has stated she's quite happy with. I've done all I can do, but in the end, she has two great items and I have a negative review.
