Message received minutes after purchasing item (litter tray liners) saying it was "damaged in the warehouse" which seems unlikely to me, more likely that it was out of stock but still listed. Advised a 4-6 wait week, but was offered a refund which I had to follow up twice to recieve it. Total waste of time, would've appreciated some transparency and a quick refund.
