I received what I ordered but it took a lot longer than I expected and the delivery didn't arrive in my mail box. It was left at my back door which is not covered. The package was not secure and was drenched by rain before I discovered it 2 days after it was delivered. Ultimately, I am happy with what I received and what it cost. I am not happy that it did not arrive in my mail box.

I bought 8 sticks of RAM from these folks, and even though 2 turned out to be non-functional, memory-stick-store has blown it out fo the water with their customer service! I received a prompt reply to my return request, they gave me one or two troubleshooting tasks, they sent a friendly reminder when I had forgotten to reply, and then immediately offered to replace the item one we confirmed it was faulty. 15/10 eBay experience!

Ten days after the 'receive by date' I hadn't heard anything. My employer can't wait forever and understandably purchased elsewhere as there was no tracking info at that time. On contacting seller, he offered me 40% refund and to keep the article if it was ever received. He also accused me of ordering the wrong item (which I did not). eBay are currently looking into this, as surprise surprise, it has now been shipped. AVOID THIS SELLER.
