Seller communication was helpful and after putting in a lost mail search (not likely to bring results) he refunded the purchase, and will put in a claim with USPS. To all who sell or buy, I recommend UPS or Fedex for motherboard shipments. I've ordered another similar board.

I will set up motherboard tomorrow (1/15/25) as the cold outside temps (14degF) might put the electrical components in thermal shock. The motherboard included a CPU as described AND 6GB of DDR3 which was not expected - THANKS!! I will be running Windows 10. IF there are any issues I will let you know through Ebay messaging. I would recommend this seller.
