    The jacket was despatched by the seller promptly and is as pictured and described, thanks! It was delivered by Evri to my requested pickup point (a shop) in good time. However the package was left by the courier in a vulnerable place outside the shop, which was closed for lunch at the time of delivery. I happened to arrive at the shop quite soon after delivery and, together with the shopkeeper, we used the courier's photo of the delivered package to locate it at the foot of the shop window.

    Wrong suit sent and when contacted promised to immediately post the right one out. After about a week I queried where it was and they said they were expecting me to send the wrong suit back first and they would then refund my postage and send the correct suit. They agreed that their earlier message was ambiguous and didn't mention i had to post first. I feel that they should have been more efficient after their initial mistake.
