  Took an exceedingly long time to deliver, even tho next day it was marked as posted they did not drop it off for about 10 days, which ruined my proposal plan and I had to get another ring elsewhere, so I wanted to leave terrible feedback but the free gift was very nice and they took the ring back and refunded me almost instantly, so maybe slow posting was a one off and may give them the benefit of the doubt
