Heads up, I made an offer on this item which was listed with "free shipping". Seller sent a counter which allowed him to add $3 for shipping, which I didn't notice because I wasn't aware that was possible and didn't know to look for it. The total cost was still reasonable so it's not a big deal and obviously it's within eBay rules. Just make sure to watch for it since this seller uses that in price negotiation! Overall good transaction.
