  Unfortunately I can’t leave a positive feedback due to poor customer experience. As I didn’t receive my order, I contacted the seller and they said they would send a replacement immediately which has also never arrived. I contacted the seller twice since then but haven’t heard back. I have now opened the case with Ebay.

  Item didn't arrive, seller said it had been lost by courier an said they would do an immediate refund, I believed this and closed the case, but, NO refund, they won't respond, don't touch them with a bargepole. I'll amend this review if they ever bother to refund me MY money.

  As I can't remove my feedback, I will amend, I will receive my refund from paypal, to be clear, lack of delivery was down to royal mail losing my parcel.
