When this cute purse arrived it was not exactly the color I thought it had been based on the description. I contacted the seller and she promptly offed me a choice of an additional discount or returning it for a full refund and with her paying the return shipping. I choose to return it. But either way, I couldn't have asked for better customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy something else from her.
