    My shears arrived on time,well wrapped,lovely pair of shears,sturdy,and very well made,but some how one of the handles had been bent in transit, I immediately messaged the seller,who was very concerned about what had happened,I sent some pictures showing the bend in the handle and was immediately offered a refund or a new pair, my new pair are on they’re way to me now,Highly recommended seller,no quibbling just sorted my issue straight away,I will definitely be using this seller again 👍😂

    Well I cannot comment on the virtues of this border fork as it didn't arrive- there was a problem with the delivery service, which I could not sort out, so I contacted the seller and got a full refund 2 hours later. I could not ask for more than that, so customer service gets a 5 star rating. Thanks.
