  My shears arrived on time,well wrapped,lovely pair of shears,sturdy,and very well made,but some how one of the handles had been bent in transit, I immediately messaged the seller,who was very concerned about what had happened,I sent some pictures showing the bend in the handle and was immediately offered a refund or a new pair, my new pair are on they’re way to me now,Highly recommended seller,no quibbling just sorted my issue straight away,I will definitely be using this seller again 👍😂

  Item was as described and arrived quickly, unfortunately for me it arrived this afternoon after I had gone around my garden with my traditional fork! My only issue was that the box it arrived in was damaged and luckily the handle was loose in the box after the zip tie had snapped. Maybe a chat with the manufacturer about making the box more secure and provide additional support, as the claws were sticking out & could of been dangerous, but we all know couriers don't care how they handle parcels

  Delivered by Royal Mail,fully tracked. Box had been cut open with a sharp implement , and parcel tape partially removed,prior to being handed over . (I showed the postwoman before she drove away.) All intact ,thank goodness. Item just as described, and good value for money..Swift and free P&P, many thanks

  Very pleased with the seller. Exactly as described, very prompt delivery. Disappointed with Royal Mail though. Left my parcel beside my front door and did not leave a delivery card, I live on a main road. Luckily I looked on ebay to see a message informing me that my parcel had been delivered, had I not looked on ebay then the parcel would have stayed on my front step overnight
