  Unfortunately this frame arrived damaged, thanks to the carrier who had clearly not taken proper care of it despite FRAGILE being emblazoned all over it. The seller was incredibly responsive when I contacted them, and gave me a refund after I sent some photos of the damage. They are certainly a responsible and helpful seller. Having bought many frames over the years I would suggest they might like to invest in corner protectors for their frames which could prevent this damage happening.
